Data Collection -

We do not store the following: IPs, cookies, browser data, headers or fingerprints.
For security reasons we do not use any javascript, but users we host may use it on their sites.
We allow Tor requests to both SSH and HTTPS and is highly recommended.

Data Sharing -

Evil.site does not sell or share any data on users. We have no data to sell or share in the first place.
Everything we have installed or may install in the furture onto our servers is open-source.

Backups -

Evil.site backups occur daily and offsite full server backups occur weekly.
Users who have requested deletion of their account may not be able to be removed from previous backups.

ToS for users -

Rules for hosting a site on Evil.Site:
- No child/adult porn
- No hosting hate speech
- No hosting pirated copyright content

If you violate any of the rules above your site will be removed and we will contact you via XMPP or Email.
When we contact you, we will be as transparent as possible and give details on why your account was removed. We will work with you to resolve the issue and give access back once you comply with the TOS.
